This article gave me some food for thought. With the total cost of fire damage in England and Wales set at about £2.5bn each year, it really does pay to have a fire safe in the home or office. This ensures that your most valuable possessions are kept safe (including those all-important insurance documents!), and will be a big load off your mind.
