When you consider what people store in safes these days, it’s no wonder that Safe Manufacturers are always on the look out for the next big thing in security. To this end, we’ve noted two developments from Phoenix Safes in the past month – firstly, their continual fire protection testing has resulted in an improved Fire Protection rating for their FS0420 Series; paper documents are now protected against up to 90 minutes of fire. Secondly, drawing upon security measures used in the past, Phoenix Safes have developed a new locking mechanism, which believe it or not dates back to WW1!
